SCHEDULE

Group classes in Atlas Fitness & Spa are can give energy for the whole day. Our complex has spacious halls for group programs. Modern climate control system, as well as cushioning / amortizing covered floor allow you to enjoy your workout. Rooms are equipped with sports equipment and meet the latest trends in the fitness industry. Personal approach to every guest of the club, taking into account your wishes, is the main goal of our experts of group programs.


Aerobic lessons and the lessons of mixed type.

Develop overall stamina, improve the activity of the cardiovascular system, have a good fat burning effect.

  • Step (55 minutes)

Lesson using the step platform, aimed at the development of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, coordination of movements (for all levels).

  • Step + (55 minutes)

Lesson using the step platform, which combines aerobic and power components to strengthen the muscles of the body, the development of endurance and coordination (for all levels).

  • Step Interval (55 minutes)

The lesson includes a balanced blocks of cardio and strength exercises. Strengthening of the respiratory and cardiovascular system (for intermediate and advanced level of training).

  • Legs + Flex (55 minutes)

Fitness program for training the leg muscles, buttocks, stretching exercises ( for all levels ).

  • Upper + Flex (55 minutes)

Strength training lesson for the arm muscles, shoulders, chest , upper back and abdominals with exercises to stretch (for all levels).

  • Tabs + Flex (45 minutes)

Strength class for abdominal exercise and stretching exercises (for all levels).

  • Tai-bo (55 minutes)

Daily aerobics with elements of boxing, kickboxing, martial arts (for intermediate and advanced level of training).

  • Aero Dance (55 minutes)

Lesson classic aerobics choreography with elements aimed at the development of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, coordination of movements (for all levels).


Types of muscle-strengthening exercises (power direction)

Develop the strength and endurance, strengthen muscles. Regular strength training improves muscle tone, form a beautiful silhouette.

  • UBT (Upper body total) (50 minutes)

The power category for training muscles of arms, shoulders, chest, upper back and abdominals using a special power equipment (for all levels)..

  • LBT (Lower body total) (50 minutes)

The power category for training leg muscles, buttocks, back and abdominals with additional equipment (for all levels).

  • GT (General Training) (55 minutes)

The power training for all groups of muscles, aimed at improving body proportions with additional equipment (for intermediate and advanced level of training).

  • F-training (functional training) (55 minutes)

The class is aimed to develop physical qualities of strength endurance, agility, and flexibility. Moreover, it contributes to the overall tone of all muscle groups (for intermediate and advanced level of training).


Dance styles.

Dancing is a great way to experience the work of the body. Dance trainings help to strengthen all groups of muscles, cardiovascular system, improve overall endurance and make your mood better.

  • Latino Dance (55 minutes)

Latino dance class where the author’s techniques are used (for all levels).

  • Euro Dance (55 minutes)

Class includes styles of European dance: waltz, tango, paso doble. Grace and beautiful plastic movements are available for everyone (for all levels).

  • Multi Dance (55 minutes)

Dance class with the author’s techniques, including various dance styles (for all levels).


Direction Mind Body.

These are the classes that will help to find not only good physical shape, but also result in the order your peace of mind. Rhythm of exercise will help you to focus on the technique of exercise, and exercise on the deep muscles will make them flexible, enhance freedom of movements.

  • Pilates (55 minutes)

The class is aimed at maintaining muscle tone, improves muscular balance, body control and to develop motor coordination (for all levels).

  • Pilates + (55 minutes)

Class is aimed at maintaining muscle tone, improve muscular balance, body control and coordination of movement, small equipment is used during the class (for all levels).

  • Hatha Yoga (55 minutes)

A unique feature of this practice is the correct work with the spine, which is based on an understanding of physiology, anatomy and biomechanics of human (a class for beginners*, a class for well-prepared people** ).

  • Yoga Fit (55 minutes)

Interval training which is based on the effective asana, it improves an overall strengthening of the body with the prolonged effect of weight loss. It is recommended (for all levels).

  • Flex (55 minutes)

The class is aimed at increasing the overall flexibility and relaxation of muscles (for all levels).

The rules for group classes outlined in the fitness programs:

1. Before taking a class you are recommended to visit fitness-testing specialist to determine functional level of your body, to choose correct type of workout and activities, adequate to the level of your physical abilities.

2. Arriving to the class for more than 15 minutes may be dangerous for your health. The instructor has the right not to allow the client to take part in.

3. It is not allowed to train in street shoes.

4. It is forbidden to enter the studios with a chewing gum.

5. The usage of mobile phones is prohibited during classes.

6. Huge request to reduce any conversations during classes.

7. Please do not use strong perfume.

8. The administration reserves the right to substitute declared in the schedule instructor and makes changes.
